Returns and Refund Policy

Refunds

  • Polvytjie (Pty) Ltd have a 7 day refund policy.  You have 7 days after receiving the item to request a refund.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, not worn and in the original packaging.
  • Polvytjie (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
  • Polvytjie (Pty) Ltd do not give a credit for the original shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.

Returns / Exchanges

  • Polvytjie (Pty) Ltd have a 7 day exchange policy.  You have 7 days after receiving the item to request an exchange.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, not worn and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return/exchange process.
  • Polvytjie (Pty) Ltd do not give credit for the original shipping charges.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • If the customer want to exchange for a more expensive item, the customer will need to pay the difference.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect the item/s on receipt of your order and contact us immediately via e-mail if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item.
